Get to know Kaila and Mike

Spinfinite Indoor Cycling started as an idea to create a supportive, fun, engaging community based around movement and a love for cycling! The idea for this business was first cultivated in Victoria, BC in 2016 when Kaila and Mike were originally going to bring it to life.

After some life changes and a move back to Alberta, the project was put on the back burner as the power couple had moved to the small town of Entwistle, Alberta. At the time they felt that the community could utilize a full-service gym, more than a dedicated indoor cycling facility.

In 2017 Maxed Out Fitness was born. Here the couple learned to create a dynamic community based around the idea of using movement, mindset and nutrition as modern-day medicine for the body.

In 2020 Maxed Out Fitness closed its doors due to the global pandemic. A desire to continue to offer services to their clients, allowed Kaila and Mike to pivot to the online world. This is when they founded Iron Body Coaching, an online and in-person coaching service dedicated to helping people create their ideal lives through a combination of nutrition, movement, and mindset. With this new and growing coaching community, they decided to make the move to Spruce Grove, Alberta, and re-ignite the flame that is Spinfinite Indoor Cycling!

Spinfinite Indoor Cycling is excited to work in partnership with Iron Body Coaching to continue to encourage movement, wholefood-based nutrition and mindset to create a happier, healthier community!

When we feel better, we impact those we connect with and truly begin to change the world for the better!
