Our 6-week JUST LIFT program is here — Focused programming for progressive weight training designed to help you build muscle, build strength, lift heavier, feel powerful, and see serious results.

Just Lift (Adults)

Ready to build real muscle and get seriously strong? JUST LIFT is a 6-week progressive strength training program for adults who want results that last. Through focused, small-group coaching you’ll:

  • Build muscle, strength, and confidence

  • Learn proper lifting technique

  • Track your progress with our coaching app

  • Train 1–2 times per week in a supportive community

This is your time to get stronger, lift heavier, and feel powerful.

Just Lift Academy (Youth)

Strength starts young. JUST LIFT ACADEMY is designed for teens (ages 12-17) to build a solid foundation of strength, technique, and confidence in the gym.

  • Learn safe, effective lifting techniques with proper form

  • Build athletic performance, coordination, and resilience

  • Gain confidence in the gym environment

  • Train in small groups with expert guidance

We help youth discover their strength early—so they carry it into sport, school, and life.

Build Strength, Confidence, and Community

JUST LIFT is by registration only! Join a small, focused group 1-2 times per week and get the coaching, consistency, and progressive programming you need to build the body and confidence you want, all while being supported by our amazing community!

JUST LIFT is a 60-minute, lifting-only small group private training, where you choose if you register and commit to 1 or 2 times per week.

Track your progress with measurements at the start and end of your 6-week commitment.

Track your workouts for consistency and progressive overload in our custom coaching app.

Groups start every 6 weeks (max 8 spots):

Mon and/or Wed at 5:30 PM

Wed and/or Fri at 9:15 AM

Just Lift delivers RESULTS

    Access additional home or gym-based workouts right in our app customized for you, so you can stay consistent and keep progressing towards your goals no matter where you train.
