The general guideline is to aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of high-intensity cardiovascular exercise each week, spread out over several days.


Already strength training? That’s fantastic! Why not mix things up and add some cardio into the mix? For optimal cardiovascular health, consider training your cardiovascular system with 2 to 3 invigorating 45-minute indoor cycling classes each week. Fitness classes not only offer a fun way to exercise but also provide an opportunity to make new friends, challenge yourself, and make the time fly by!
